After I logged in to the app, I see the Data Bytes banner, tap on it bring me to another screen with a back arrow, a Data Bytes label and a close label on the top title. I could not find the "TAP TO START" button to start the session. I am running Andriod 5.0.1 with latest app version of 3.1.2, re-installed the app and rebooted the phone multiple times. Contacted Fido customer service over 10 times but they still unable to resolve the issue and tell me to be patience. Hope someone out there can point me to a direction so I can use the feature.

Looks like you are doing it the right way!
Just a question for you: can you make sure you are not on wifi when trying to get the Data Bytes?
