If your account was activated less than 48 hours ago, it's normal that you're not able to complete the setup.
If it's been over 48 hours, can you give it a try from a computer and preferably with Firefox? Most customers are able to get through the setup that way
Since we revamped the website, there's been a few things that we still need to work on. We appreciate your patience and understanding.-
