Unable to register to Fido.ca

I have very problems for configure my account fido online because the confirmation code always is wrong. My account is prepaid. Help Me

Welcome to the community Very_Happy 

 

If your account was activated less than 48 hours ago, it's normal that you're not able to complete the setup.

If it's been over 48 hours, can you give it a try from a computer and preferably with Firefox? Most customers are able to get through the setup that way Smiley 

 

Since we revamped the website, there's been a few things that we still need to work on. We appreciate your patience and understanding.-
