Hi 

 

I no longer live in Canada and am not a FIDO member any longer. However, I stilll have outstanding charges that I wish to pay off. However, I can't seem to do it online. There doesn't seem to be a button for me to click to pay. Adding money into the account balance would only make it appear as "credit" which is something I do not want to do

@Julianquah Click on the PAY NOW button at the top and you should be able to make your payment.

Can you clarify what you mean by "Credit"?

 

When you click on "Pay Now" are you able to input the total amount of the balance?

Hi thanks for the reply

 

When I try to pay it shows this: 

 

Previously when I paid online it would clearly state the amount that I have to pay and that my payment would satisfy said amount. But now it seems to go to credit instead of paying? Is there any way to solve this? Thank you.
