why can i only log onto my fido account on ipad and not laptop????????????

Whats is happening when you try to login on your laptop? Which browser are you using?

 

If you are using Google Chrome try clearing the browser cache or which ever browser you are using and see if that helps. Fido is making changes to the site and clearing the cache helps.
