My husbands old phone was lost and the account cancelled. A new account was set up with a new Fido phone. We have been unable to access the new account online despite countless calls to the Fido support line. I was recently told it was a website issue affecting a few people and they would text when it was resolved. A text came 2 days ago but the issue is not resolved and we cannot get into the account online. Has anyone else seen this problem and was it ever resolved?
