Unable to get through to FIDO

I am an existing fido customer and I would like to change my plan to the 10gb for $60 and I've been trying for a few days but I'm unable to get through to anyone on the phone, my account or live chat. I'm not on a contract so is it best to just switch to a different phone company? Can someone please help me?
