Unable to connect to fido mobile network.

I am using a Note 3 and everything works fine for last month.

yesterday i suddenly can't connect to the fido moble network.

fido does shows up when im searching in Available networks, but it said unable to connect, try again.

I have not change a single settings in the phone. And i called the service and they can't help me with this too.

Any ideas about what's causing this issue? Please tell me if any one had this issue before.

Im encountering the same problem right now, fido reconnected my phone but I cant find a network
