Been trying to change my phone number for over 3 months with no success online. Tried IE, Chrome, cleared all cookies and caches, tried other computers, even had friends and family try, NO SUCCESS. Called the customer support, they told me they can't do anything unless I pay the $35 fee, which is outragious. They keep denying there is an issue with the online service. Seriously disappointed with customer service, this is ridiculous... If this doesn't get resolved I'm seriously considering switching. I would NOT recommend Fido to anyone as long as this garbage continues...
