Unable to change my number

Hi,

 

I have been trying to change my phone number online from SK to BC but I am getting an error. I dont want to pay $35 fees or change my plan into something expensive. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Hey @parteekd,

 

Welcome to the community!

 

If you're currently on a regional plan for SK, then you won't be able to change to a BC number without a plan change.

 

What's the error message you're getting?
