Hi 

I am using an Iphone 6 and I got enrolled in a new Fido pulse plan about a week ago with Spotify Premium included. I followed the instructions and got a code from Fido Hub and then go through Fido's links to have premium added to my account. I got a notice receipt from Apple saying that my Spotify premium is active and I have been charged $16 CAD. How do I activate the FIDO pulse Spotify Premium on my account without getting charged myself for it?

Good morning queen-vee! 

 

Did you process the whole setup on our network or WiFi? If you were on WiFi, you might need to do it again. 

 

Basically, your Fido subscription is suppose to take over as soon as your month with Apple ends. 

 

Are these the steps you followed?
