Currently on a $70/Month 3GB plan, Medium Tab. Attempted to call FIDO to change plan to the new 10GB plan. Wait time was over 3 hours. Attempted to contact via online chat. Waited for 3.5 hours and then it disconnected. Now online chat is unavailable. Attempted to contact via Facebook messanger at same time. Still waiting for a message back.
Is there any way I can get FIDO to contact me instead? I don't have a FIDO store in my town and cannot reasonably stay on hold on the phone for hours as it is a work day....
Anyone have any ideas on how much changing the plan would cost? I assume it will be more than $60 as that's for BYOD.
Bumping this post. Can I please get a rep to PM with how to upgrade to this plan? Phone lines/Online chat are still down. Unable to find this plan in the "change plan" menu.
