Just recently am unable to send text messages from my Samsung galaxy A5. My husband who has an iPhone is able to send messages. I can receive messages and make phone calls. Checked message centre number and it is correct.
Same issue here. I reported it twice to Fido and received a generic message saying there was no network problems in my area and to try using a diagnostic tool to see if it's phone related issue. It's not the phone, Fido support! Listen to your customers! Fail!!!
I have a S8 and im having the same issue. Can receive sms, but not send. My wife whom is from another network is all ok (and laughing at me). So guessing it might be Fido's network.
