I am really sad.
fido keep mix up my account with my sister's account for years. now i just login my account, it show my sister's name again.
But when I check my profile, It show my name.
We have two separate account numbers, account name, e mail. we even Register fido at different year.
I don't receive my billing statement, I got my sister's billing statement, and she got my billing statement.
It is happened every month, no matter how many time ask for fix it
when i calling fido or online chat, they always said won't happen anymore.
I am worry , if our phone plan will mix up together??? what if I change account plan or she change account plan will be mix up ?
I already have no hope mix up account will be fix anymore.
can't even login now...it show WOAH…
