Two accounts in my account overview

When fido started to use email as login username, I got two accounts in my overview page. One is my account, the other one is an old pay per use number that I created years ago, Thats expired forever. Is there a way for fido to permanently delete this cancelled account from my email. ? Cheers

Welcome to the Community!

 

As much as we would like to, we're not able to remove your previous account from your My Account profile.

 

All accounts that are linked to the email address that you're using as your username will be displayed in My Account.
