Hello, I've excellent help in the past from the mods here, hoping to get some help again.

 

I am trying to upgrade my phone and plan both. I have no balance owing on device or account. I currently have an old grandfathered plan ($39)

 

I want to get the LG G6, and get the bonus 2GB data on a 1GB medium plan. After choosing the phone, when I select that plan, it says nothing about the bonus data being included. Am I doing something incorrectly? Any help appreciated, ty!

Hi there, 

My previous 24 months contract finished recently. I've changed my plan to 35$/mo with 1GB knowing Fido has double your plan promotion HERE. I would like to double check if I qualify for the promo or not. I cannot see the information on my fido app.

Note that this promotion is for new line activations or device upgrades. It wouldn't apply to a change of plan only

 

You can view the info by clicking the little Bonus Data tab :

"For new activations or phone upgrades only."

Hi Stephane,

I signed up for the 1GB data and text plan just after the new year, when there was a 2GB data bonus offer plus a $10 off for 6 months offer. I attached the screen shots from the web site here.  I just looked at my first bill following the activation of the plan but didn't see the extra data or $10 off applied.  Should I just continue hoping that this will be applied by the next cycle?  Has anyone else seen that their accounts were correctly adjusted after the fact to apply the data bonus and $10/mth credit?2018-01-04_07h19_29.png2018-01-04_07h19_38.png2018-01-04_08h06_01.png

Those promos should apply within the first 3 bills, if you don't get it within 3 invoices, then please contact us so we can take a look!

Hi FidoNick,

Thanks for the reply.  I can definitely continue to monitor my billing cycles, but what I'm concerned about is that if it doesn't happen in several months, and I call, these promos and bonuses that were offered during the Christmas period won't be in the system, long gone and forgotten, how can I prove besides the screenshots that they ever even existed?  All I did when signing up online was to follow the prompts selecting the plan that indicated the bonuses applied. Unsure

Just checked out my second bill following the new plan, but still no 2GB bonus or $10 off for 12mths.  Crossing my fingers that this will be applied next month!

I just checked my third billing cycle after the end of year +2GB, plus -$10/mth for 12 months promotion that I signed up for and neither has been applied to the account.  Can I please work with someone on the team to get this corrected?
