I would like to reach Fido ASAP to discuss my plan options. I have been trying for last 24 hours and this is getting frustrating. I am getting the same plan with Rogers who are responding to calls.
Please let me know if service will be provided to me?

there was a $60/5 GB option available on the account config screen - and I wanted to know whether that included the extra 5 GB.
Now that isn't available either.
Tried chat option, tried calling - all failed.
I guess it is easy to offer a good deal and then send all the employees home so that noone is able to sign up for it.
Luckily we are month to month: time to check out the competition - or what passes for competition in Canada.
After an hour wait today I was able to talk to someone and got the deal.
Funnily enough - not long afterwards someone picked up the chat request.
It would appear their backlog is easing.

It's funny how on these furums, a rep will once in a while make it look as if they are available to assist, then they do nothing. The phone lines STILL are NOT taking calls, the chat does not work etc. This is absolutely the worst customer experience i have ever had.
