So far this site sucks when trying to pay for a prepaid plan for one I don't have a visa so I borrowed someones visa and you make it so difficult to pay for it online and two so I downloaded the fido app to pay for it and guess what after doing that it still doesn't say I paid for it. I've been happy with your services so far but this honestly making me want to change my provider. Thank you

I though this was a payment for a monthly account. The My Account app is not compatible with prepaid plans which is why the balance was not impacted.
I will send you a private message so we can look into this.
