I keep on trying Change plan option from desktop computer and my cell phone 5 hours now but still unable to get it done. Live chat doesn’t work as well. Anyone can help. Thanks
Hi, I was able to use the change plan option to change the plan on Dec 19. Today is the plan new billing cycle, but the plan only shows 5G of data less than what I had 6G before the change. I have been trying to use the Live Chat so many times and I only got time out and discounted message for a week.
Would you please fix it for me.
