Hi, I'm trying to get the $60 10g plan but live chat is shut down, and website is not working. Been on hold for over 1 hour. I understand the high traffic, but I saw on pervious posts that moderators on here can help out.
Is anyone around to help right now?
Same here. I've exhausted all options that I have access to, to no avail. Been disconnected a few times, spent a total of 5 hours on hold. Cant get through some times, tried changing online from my account, the option doesn't exist. Tried facebook messenger, no response. Live chat is "temporarily unavailable" all the time. Should change it to read unavailable all the time while the promotion exists. I am considering leaving Fido now, just to give my money to another company out of frustration. Customer Service, or lack there of. Customers are always stuck doing all the foot work for better deals. Sorry about my rant but i'm frustrated.

The reps at the stores are rude af! No support/assistance for existing customers. None of the phone lines/online chats are working/available. I'm sure they anticipated it. Atleast let the customers (esp existing) know that they will be able to get the deal after this promo period is over. Or allow us to make changes to our plans online so its easier for everyone.
I have been trying to call for two days straight to get the 10g for $60 and it's either busy, no answer or i get hung up on. I've also tried to do it in the store with no luck. Can someone please touch base with me to provide help.
I can't believe that the customer service number is just not connecting for the last two days. I even went to a Walmart to get them to get me this 10GB/$60 and even they couldn't get through last night. I was told that someone here could help. The thing I don't understand is how are Telus and Bell still able to help their customers?

I have tried to visit 2 different Fido stores the last 2 days and it ws recommended to use live chat and customer service . I can not access the live chat for 2 days and I'm not sure if I am still waiting on Customer Serrvice. The phone says it's still connected but I haven't heard any of the usual waiting music. Not sure if I should hang up and call again.
I would have prefered to us live chat to keep things easy. Could I please also get a PM to change my plan to the 60 gig.
