I have been trying to get thru on live chat waited 6 hours yestarday and when I dial in it always hangs up or says something along the lines that they cant handle the call load. Even when I log on and click on my account to change the plans there is no options for me to choose that one specific plan on both of the accounts I would like to change. Is anyone else having this problem? How did you fix it or should I just switch carriers?
When you select 'Change my Plan' under My Account, scroll back instead of forward on those incredibly tiny arrow buttons to scroll through the plan options. For some reason, when you scroll forward, it doesn't show any of the BYOP plans. But, if you scroll back, it does!

Also having the same issue. I was able to upgrade my own account online, but my girlfriend's account doesn't show the $85/month 5GB plan in the list. I'm wondering if it's because she has a 'Plus Promo25' plan whereas I just had a normal Plus plan.
