I am a current fido Pulse plan user. My Spotify subscription ran out I guess. I got a promo code to reactivate it through fidohub.ca. When it get to the step of login to Spotify, all I get is the message "ATTENTION!
Uh-oh. We ran into a bit of a problem and can’t complete your request at this time. Please try again." Been trying for quite a while. Please help

What subscription did you have ? 6 months or 24 months?
At this moment are you trying to register for the $9.99 option? If you already had a Spotify promo it won't be possible to benefit from another one!

I guess I had another promo as all I remember was getting notice that I got a free year of Spotify about a year ago from Fido. So I guess I have to pay up if I want to continue.
