I have recently attempted to update my credit card info (same number, but different expiry date and security pin), however all of my attempts over the past few days resulted in the error message:
That doesn’t seem to be working.!"
My new credit card is valid, and I see that this is not a new problem on the forums, and I would like some help with updating my card info so I can continue using my Fido prepaid plan.

Concerning your post, I've got 3 questions:
1) Which browser are you using when you tried to update your credit card?
2) Did you try updating your credit card using another browser?
3) Are you getting the same error message?
Alternatively, you can update your credit card details through our IVR. Simply call 6-1-1, free of charge, from your Fido phone or 1-888-481-3436 from another phone and you'll be able to set up your new credit card.
I tried to update my credit card info with Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. All yielded the same error message above. Trying it from a different computer didn't make a difference either.
I was able to successfully update the credit card info through the IVR at least.
