Travel pack to Cuba?

I usually buy a travel pack to Cuba. However, when I called this time, I was told there Cuba was removed from the travel pack. Huge dissapointment! What are the rates if I have to call Canada or receive a call from Canada, how much is texting (to send and to receive), and how much for data
