I got a new phone that requires a nano SIM, but the website no longer has the SIM transfer like it keeps saying it does under the Services tab. So where is it?

Do you already have this Nano SIM you would like to activate or are you looking to order a new one?
If you already have the SIM and would just like to activate it, you'll be able to do this by clicking on ``Services`` then ``Mobile``.
Once you are on this page you can select your number from the drop-down menu at the left and you'll see an option next to it that reads ``Update SIM Card``.

So apparently there is an issue with the website.
I have two seperate accounts, one is prepaid and the other is monthly.
The new SIM card I want to do the transfer is for the prepaid account.
As you said, the "Update SIM Card" is located right beside the phone number. Apparently there is no such option on prepaid account, but it's on my monthly account. Which is why I've been saying I can't find the "Update SIM Card" option for my prepaid account.
Also, it's been more than 3 hours since I've contacted support to do the swap and the card is still not activated.
