I was wondering if it is possible to transfer the number from a prepaid account to an existing monthly plan. The plan is a $39 smart plan from a few years ago. Thanks!

If the prepaid number is already with Fido, it won't be possible to transfer the number to replace an existing postpaid ( monthly ) number. If the prepaid number is already with another carrier then we can request to port in the number and replace the number for you. Hope this helps!
