I switched from Koodo to Fido over a week ago, and requested to use my old phone number. I expected it to be done in a few days at most but it's been over a week and I'm wondering how much longer it'll take, if it'll ever happen and if I have to call Fido again?

Did you request the transfer of your old number once your line was activated on a temporary Fido number? It's important to reach out to us once you have received and activated your Fido SIM card as we can only port a number on an active temporary number. We also need you to provide us the information needed so we can complete the port in request, such as the account number.
