I created Fido number on September 5,the set is 35$ for monthly,but I received billing is 71.39$ on September 9,I find there is a transaction fee 25$ in the billing detail after checking,so I don't know what it is?why is it not included in monthly fee(35$)? Is it paid every month? Could I delete the transaction fee?

The transaction fee is a one-time fee applicable for the processing of your line activations.
This is a fee everyone pays unless you do the transaction online see here.
So what you're saying is (in my case at least) you don't educate your salespeople about this. I was certainly not informed about this and it seems pretty crooked. I won't recommend fido to others in the future.

You would normally have been made aware of the transaction fee at the time of activation.
