Told I'd get a credit - still waiting.

When I first used your chat to enquire about a home phone I was told among other things I'd get a $25 credit on my bill for signing up. I was NOT happy with the person online and prefered to talk to the local kiosk staff I've dealt with for years. Still waiting for the credit. I'm NOT happy that we can not actually talk to a person. The service this way is SO impersonal!
