Hi, I am currently trying to activate my spotify premium with a code that you have sent me after I enter my phone number on fidohub.ca . However, when I log into my spotify account it says the following:
Attention! This Spotify account is already associated with another phone number. Try a different account, or create a new one.
How can I un-associate my phone number with the spotify account? Why do I have to do this in the first place? Is there anything I can do?
