There is no "Update SIM Card" option

I need to change to my new SIM card but there is no "Update Sim Card" option in https://www.fido.ca/pages/#/my-account/overview.

Did you get a chance to try it from a different browser? Also, can you let us know if you're using a prepaid or monthly line?
