I just had the worst interaction with a customer service representative I've ever experienced - "James" at fido call centre. He was condescending and rude from the second sentence out of his mouth. I tried to ignore his tone until the 3rd time it was used and then asked to speak to a supervisor. James interupted me, talked over me and felt he needed to have the last word.
