Temporary suspension payment

Hello, I have just received an email regarding the start of temporary suspension of my account. But I don’t know how to make a payment for it. My Fido account statement is empty as well.

It depends if it's regarding a single-line account? Then, you'd have to be on pre-authorized payments or pay your account in advance to cover the suspension fees (paying online or with an agent).

 

If it's an account with more than one line, it would be regular monthly payments for the suspension when the invoice is out.
