Temporary Suspension

Hello, 

I asked for the temporary suspension of my SIM card to be effective on the 16th of April 2016, however my SIM card has already been suspended and I cannot make any calls. 

Please assist me on this situation.

Do you currently have a temporary suspension? If so, it's normal that you can't send messages or make calls since the services are suspended.

Were you looking to remove it?
