Temporary Suspension

Hi,

I have a Data and a talking SIM
And I will be living abroad from now until May first, is there a way I can pause my subscription for that time and resume it once I get back?

and save my current offers?( like my GB )

Are you currently on a contract? If no, you might be able to temporary suspend your line

Note that :

• A number can only be suspended once every 12 months period
• There is a fee of $7 per suspended month that has to be paid in advance
• The suspension can only start at the beginning of a new cycle

Yes they do.Its called "temporary suspension".

You can only do it once every 12 months.If im not mistaken it cost $7 bucks per month per line and it starts at your next billing cycle.

Call 611 to set it up
