Just got off the phone with "Darius" from customer service. Fido won't honor their Black Friday promotions today DESPITE the fact that thier customer service was not reachable by either phone or web site yesterday. His supervisor, "Justin", apparently does not do call-backs. So the only way I can talk to him is to try calling back tomorrow and get stuck on hold for another hour or more. I've been a loyal Fido cutomer for 15 years. That's about to come to an end. New customers beware. You have been forewarned. TERRIBLE customer service. This ammounts to false advertisement. Fido really is for the dogs.
