Switching internet from Acanac(bell) to fido

My current internet provider(Acanac)'s service will end on Dec. 4th 2016.

 

I want to start this fido internet when my current internet service ends.

It looks like you start charging the internet service when you ship out the modem.

So when are you planning to ship the modem?

And I already placed the order on Nov, 11 2016.

This is my order # 3130328A, and It didn't ask me to choose the installation date.

We start charging you as of the day that we send out the modem , that's correct. Did you ask to have it shipped or to pick it up in store, it shouldn't be taking this long.

 

You can double check which option you selected by looking at the confirmation email you received.

Did you place your order over the phone, or was it done online? If it was done by phone and a tech installation was required, the rep would have scheduled one for you. Otherwise, you'll simply need to follow the instructions provided with the modem to set it up yourself.

I placed the order from your fido website, I chose the shpping the modem option, since then I got no updates what so ever not even tracking number of the modem. Only stuff I can find about my order from your website is below table.

Yep, since I don't want to pay the two internet providers at the same time.

I want to start using the Fido internet, once my Acanac provider disconnected their service on the Dec. 4th, 2016.

So if it's possible, I'd like to start using the Fido internet from Dec. 4th, 2016.
