I'm currently on the $80/ mo (PLUS 35) + $11 add-ons

with a contract ending March 16, 2017.
Just wondering if it would be possible to switch to the $80/mo (PLUS 15) if I pay the 99$ downgrade fee or do I have to wait until my contract ends next March? Will this start a new contract for another 1-2 years?
