Switching $80/mo (PLUS 35) to 80/mo (PLUS15 incl Pulse)

Hello,

 

I'm currently on the $80/ mo (PLUS 35) + $11 add-ons

[with 1GB data, talk not included, text unlimited, with call display, voicemail, call waiting, conference calling]

with a contract ending March 16, 2017.

 

Just wondering if it would be possible to switch to the $80/mo (PLUS 15) if I pay the 99$ downgrade fee or do I have to wait until my contract ends next March? Will this start a new contract for another 1-2 years?

[with 3GB data, talk and text unlimited, with Fido Pulse - Spotify/fido roam]
