I switched to the $60/10GB plan (previously was on $85/10GB plan) yesterday - so nothing changed for me other than the price. Ever since the plan was changed at the kiosk, I have no data. Talk and SMS text works fine - just no data. Everytime I try to access a page, I get redirected to fido.mobi and all the options to buy more data. Have reset all network settings, restarted the phone multiple times. Chatted with a representative for an hour and nothing - their solution was to call in and escalate to the network support team. Calling and being on hold for 4hrs is not very appealing - I'm hoping someone has a simpler solution out there? I'm on an iPhone 6 Plus.
