I switched to the 10 GB plan on December 18th.
At first I had the 10 GB show up on my Fido.ca accoutn page - now it's gone and only says 5 GB. My e-mail receipt of account change mentions nothing of the bonus 5GB, while my friends mentions it.
Will this be added back? I'm worried because I added the visual voicemail addon that for some reason they took away the 5 GB bonus. I've been a customer for 10 years and getting a hold of anybody has literally been impossible.
