I called in Fido to ask them if I can suspend my account for the 3 months while I am away in Rome. They told me that I can online and in my account so I could just do it whenever. Now I am sitting here trying to find the "suspend plan" account on Fido and cannot seem to find it at all.

I talked to someone on the phone today and my card wouldn't work. She told me to log in and pay the fee for the 2 months I will suspend it plus my bill for the month when I get the chance today. I just logged in and all I had was the amount for the bill, and not the suspension. So I paid the bill but I still need to suspend my account. Help?
