Suspend account from abroad

Hi I need to suspend my fuido account since my stay abroad is longer than expected.
I cant make any changes to the account with my fido login. I still have another account for my husband who is now account user and has made a payment agreement. Could you Can you help me suspend the account immediately since Im not using it? Thank you.
