I just got a new 50$ plan and im supposed to have 1gb of data but when i open the fido app it says that ive used 3.84 gb out of 4

If you just activated a service with us, it is possible you got to benefit from the 3 GB bonus promo that we're offering until July 3rd. If that's the case, you would see 4 GB on your plan instead of 1.

I would suggest you call and speak to customer service if you think there is a discrepancy in your plan details to avoid any surprise billing.
