a: trying to call fido support via skype results in a busy signal

b: the website is completely broken and except for buying phones apparently nothing works (trying to disable sim says: OOps, you need to call us from your device - thx!)

c: this comes out of frustration as I lost my phone in a cab in Korea and can't deactivate my SIM

d: when bringing a new website online I expect a company like fido to make sure it works. Under Construction and Ooops is something I would not expect from a serious institution
