Hello,
Problem: unfortunately my cell phone has been stolen during my vacation in Europe.
The problem that cell phone was stolen with my Fido sim card inside.
Question: how to block my sim card without having access to the cell phone to not to let these thiefs to call to other end of the world using my sim card (and lettig me pay for their talks)?

@svetlanasdw You can report the phone lost or stolen from the MY ACCOUNT section on Fido.ca like @EFTC suggested.
Login to your account then click on the number that has been lost, on the next page scroll all the way to the bottom you will see Report Lost/Stolen Phone > click on that and follow the instructions.

I am very sorry for your situation. That is one of my biggest fear as well.
I think you can go to my account and then report your phone as stolen.
