Still IN PROGRESS and NO EMAIL NOTICE!!!

Most of you here probably woke up to a grim reality this morning that Fido once again, has screwed us over and failed to deliver. Since receiving that shipping notice text message, I haven't received any e-mails from them nor change in my status in the reservation system - still IN PROGRESS!!!

I am now banking on my back up reservation that I made last Monday with Best Buy. I was told that I was 2nd in line for the iphone 6 plus 128gb space grey in that store. I was further informed that they have a shipment of iphones coming tomorrow - the catch is, they are not sure how many and which model.

Hey everyone! When a customer’s device is shipped, the email notifying them of the shipment may not be sent due to a technical issue. As well, although a device is shipped, a customer’s reservation status may remain “in progress.” Rest assured, you will receive a text message when your device is shipped from our warehouse to your local Fido store and the Fido store will call you as soon as it’s ready to be picked up. We apologize for any inconvenience. This will not delay the shipment of your device.

If you are waiting for the email it may never come.  Just got a call from local Fido Booth and they have my phones in (we will see if that is true or not in a few hours).  No email, and still in progress but they did ship.

 

Good luck to you, and I am sure it will be on its way the same way.
