I've been with did I for almost a full year now and have been signed with the pulse plan. Every month I try to connect with spotify and as soon as I press the login into spotify bottom I get this notification. I've winced cancelled my spotty account and deleted the app in hopes that some way it'll connect and I'll get a different notification at least, and nothing changes. I've called fidos customer service and have received no help. So at this point I'm just fed up and frustrated. This is literally my last hope before I downgrade my plan.

I do understand why it would be frustrating. Spotify comes with your pulse plan so it should definitely work.
Sorry to see you are having trouble with it.
Just to make sure I understand the issue, you were never able to use your Spotify since you subscribed to your Pulse plan?
