Spotify reverted to Free

My step-daughter's spotify premium has stopped working. Account reverted to free. I checked account and plan is still Pulse Smart.


I have sent new promotional code but when entered in Spotify, I get error message saying code in invalid.


I had called FIDO a few days ago and they said that she should still have access.


Please advise how to correct.

Where are you getting this error message? 


Are you getting a code from and trying to enter that code on the site when you receive it?
