Spotify premium won't activate

I can't for the life of me figure out how to activate this Spotify premium account, much help would be appreciated! ANYONE!!!!

Thanks for the quick response. So, I've done the get code/activate business while off
Wifi so I could be on the Fido network. This did not work. I log on to Spotify under a "free" account, no where does it say or ask for me to connect with Fido. I've done the delete Spotify uninstall thing as well. No dice. I just want it to work!!

Did you already have an existing Spotify account @Kmartin1234  or you are trying to set up a new one?
