After spending over an hour with FIDO customer service (chat + call), I am still unable to take advantage of something so aggressively advertised - 6 months of free premium Spotify with my fido pulse plan.
Why does it simply fail? It's like an endless loop of getting activation codes, logging into the fido site, only to get redirected back to the fido homepage. SO FRUSTRATING.
Tried on phone with data on/off. Also tried on wifi. Also even tried on laptop. All attempts fail. It's like even your own reps dont know how/if it actually works.
Call failed and fido rep never called back like he promised to do if it did.
