I have the $80 max pulse plan & I tried to activate spotify (on LTE) on fidohub.ca but I only get the ''Get Spotify App'' option and it doesn't take me to the spotify authentication page to link my fido account with spotify. Please help.

Did you try to register by turning off the Wi-Fi on your phone and using mobile date to activate the account on Fidohub.ca?

Hello I'm having the same problem. I followed the same steps as stated above - Turned off my wifi, went on fidohub.ca , clicked on 'Get the Spotify App' which then opened the app then I logged into my account... yet there was no way to connect my phone to my spotify account.
Yes. Well I went to fidohub.ca using my LTE. I entered my phone number then it prompted me to enter the code which I did. But then It only gives me the ''Get Spotify App'' link, nothing else. I have no way to actually activate spotify premium. I have an existing spotify account, I'm trying to link it to my fido profile so I can get premium.
BTW this is what it looks like when I go on fidohub
No it doesn't it brings me to the Apple store where I can open or download the spotify app but it doesnt give me the option to link my spotify account with my fido profile. I just spent an hour on the phone with a fido rep and the problem is still not resolved. is it possible for one of you guys to get in touch with me directly. I have my spotify username (my account was originally set up using facebook and the call center rep gave me the username that he sees on the fido system.)
